Vanuatu Wedding packages
Tropical weddings can be simple and inexpensive while still being one of the most memorable and romantic days of your life. Below are some packages to give you a guideline - we can add many personal touches from a village choir to the bride arriving by canoe or on horseback to a dramatic exit by helicopter.
While we can create a special wedding for you with our team we also work closely with the other wedding coordinators in Vanuatu to ensure that you get the wedding you want. We work with the wedding coordinators at Iririki Island Resort, Le Lagon and Le Meridien as well as Sarah from Events Vanuatu, Connie Wells, Helen and Paula from Weddings, Parties, Evrisamting and Nathalie from Wedding Scene.
Wedding packages start around $900 and go up to around $3000, depending on the inclusions.
Sunset Bungalows Wedding Package AUD$950.00
- Detailed meeting with wedding co-ordinator
- Lodging of documentation
- Wedding licence and official registration fees
- Minister or Celebrant fees (weekend fees apply)
- Ceremony on the private beach area or in the tropical gardens. (Other location choices available, and may incur additional fees and travel costs)
- Tropical decoration of ceremony area including floral archway
- Bottle of bubbly for toasting after the ceremony
- Chef's wedding celebration lunch/dinner for two in a romantic setting (Specially decorated table with three-course dinner, and one cocktail each)
- Traditional string band at the ceremony (optional but still included)
- Island bouquet for the Bride
- Buttonhole for the Groom
- Tropical wedding cake for two
Plus a complimentary room upgrade (subject to availability) at time of check-in, and a bottle of sparkling wine, fresh fruit and tropical flowers in room on arrival.
